When an NFL team drafted me two years ago, I was ecstatic. I had been dreaming of that since I was on my high school football team. I got a full football scholarship to the college of my choice, and I was one of the favorites for the college fantasy football leagues. Even with all that, I knew that getting on an NFL team was going to be harder than anything. That turned out to be true, because I was cut almost immediately. I looked up off season football training the same day I was cut, because I knew that there was a training facility in Colorado that has an excellent football program.
I knew that I was good enough because the team put me on their practice squad, so I was just one injury or bad call away from being called back in. I wanted to be ready, and I knew that I could get myself into even better shape so they would take notice. When I read about the Landow Performance off season training program, I liked everything that I read. I was able to have a training program put together specifically for me, and it made all the difference.
I had speed and power drills that were created specifically for my position, plus I had positional workouts, metabolic training, and even training for when my muscles were recovering from the brutal workouts. The nice thing about this is that I was soon beating my own records on various things, and this did not go unnoticed. I was pulled from the practice squad about five games away from the end of the season, and everyone took notice of the new and improved me. I am now a starter, and I credit Landow Performance for getting me where I needed to be.
